- Is my transfer priced per person or per vehicle?
All our transfers are priced per car, not per person. We will arrange the vehicle that fits best to your group size.
- Can I book a transfer with more than one stop?
Of course, we can custom tailor your transfer. All our vehicles are private so we do not follow any specific program or itinerary but only the needs of our customers!
- How do I pay for my transfer?
We accept payment by PayPal, credit card or if you prefer you can choose the option ‘by cash at the end of the transfer’.

- What information do I need for my online booking?
For booking your Rhodes Transfer you will need the following information:
- Booking Name
- Date/Time of Arrival/Departure
- Meeting Point and Destination
- Contact number
- Any special requirements – child seat or abnormal luggage
- How do I make a booking on your website?
For instant booking, you can go directly from the Home page. Simply choose from the available transfer options and enter your details. You can proceed with payment via PayPal, credit card or if you prefer you can click on payment by cash at the end of the transfer.
You can also visit our Contact Us page and send us your inquiry. We will be happy to reply you within 24 hours. Once we have your confirmation about the quoted price we will send you your transfer voucher.
- What if my luggage do not fit in the car trunk?
Please be sure to mention if you have oversized bags. All our vehicles have spacious trunks but in case your baggage doesn’t fit we will have to use an extra car at your expense.
- How I find my driver?
Your driver will be holding a paper sign with your name on it. He will meet you at the arrival hall at the airport or at the reception desk of your hotel.
- What if my airplane has a delay?
There is no extra charge if your airplane has a delay. We monitor the program of the airport and we are aware of any changes in the arrival times of the planes.
- What happens if I can’t locate my driver?
